Steps for Fried steamed buns with eggs

1 egg, add a small amount of salt, and beat.

Slice steamed buns and wrap them in beaten eggs.

Make the pan, heat it, pour in appropriate amount of cooking oil, and add steamed buns wrapped in eggs when the oil is warm. Don't heat too high to prevent frying.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.
