Steps for Sausage broccoli

Wash broccoli and break small flowers, slice sausage, and slice garlic.

Add water to the pan and add a little oil to blanch the broccoli until it is broken.

Store it out for later use (I originally blanched a whole tree, but found that there were too many trees that I didn't use up).

Put a little oil in a frying pan to stir-fry the sausage.

Gently roll the sausage out of the oil and fry the garlic slices until fragrant.

Pour in broccoli, add soy sauce and salt, stir-fry well and remove from the pan.
