Today, I found a recipe for curry potatoes in Beitai Kitchen, so I tried it out. It was okay.

Steps for Curry potatoes

Ingredients: 1 potato, half green and red pepper, 15g curry powder, 10g minced ginger, 20g olive oil, 150g milk, appropriate amount of cumin powder.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into hob pieces, cut the green and red peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, and cut the ginger into minced pieces.

Put the potatoes in the pan and cook them.

Pour olive oil into a wok and saute the ginger until fragrant, add curry powder, cumin powder, green and red pepper, mix well, add cooked potatoes and stir fry, then add milk and bring to a boil.

Cook for 2 minutes, pour into a baking sheet, preheat the oven at 230°C for 5 minutes, and place the baking sheet in the middle and bake for 10 minutes.
