Because studying abroad, many things cannot be eaten fresh. Recently, I just finished my final exam and became greedy, so I decided to make my own steamed buns. I wanted to make bean paste buns, but I found that there was still a pumpkin at home, so I might as well make pumpkin buns ~

Next, I mixed the dough ~ I used milk instead of water, and the steamed buns would be fragrant ~ I also used Holek to add the aroma of oatmeal ~ I bought a small 8g package with yeast, which is very convenient ~.

Then mix the dough ~~~~500g of flour, right amount of Holek, and right amount of sugar. The brown one is Holek ~ After stirring well, dig a hole in the middle. Dissolve the yeast in 250ml of warm milk, pour it into the hole once, then use chopsticks to stir crazily, stir crazily until you can't see the flowing milk, and start kneading the dough with your hands.

Until you knead until the dough is smooth, your hands are smooth, and the basin is smooth, it means that the dough is ready to be kneaded ~ Cover the basin with a wet towel and place it in a warm place to allow the dough to ferment for about an hour.

An hour later,,, the face really expanded! Hahahaha ~ Sprinkle flour on the chopping board, put the completely swollen flour on it and wake up for 5 minutes, then you can start making steamed buns ~~~.

In other words, the steamed buns look a little sorry == but the taste is still good ~.

Put the steamed buns aside and continue to wake up, then boil the water. When it comes to boiling, put the steamed buns on the steamer ~ steam for a total of 15 minutes.

During this period of time, let's do something else. There is still some pumpkin paste left. Based on the principle of not wasting, I made it into pumpkin paste, hehe.
