When it comes to cooking, my biggest characteristic is to use a word from our husband: random collocation, haha, there is nothing wrong with random collocation. Using the existing ingredients at home to make some simple and delicious meals is not killing two birds with one stone! Well, last night when my husband wanted to drink porridge, he made this egg cake in order to eliminate the green peppers and potatoes he bought a few days ago. The family ate it warmly and happily!

    Wash the potatoes, peel them and shred them. Remove the stalks of the green peppers and wash them and cut them into shreds.
