Baked bones with radish
By ShanelWelch
Eating radish in winter and eating ginger in summer. Now is a good time to eat radish. The market is full of radish sellers. Looking at the water-water white radishes with green leaves brought by the mother-in-law who sold farm vegetables, I bought two and weighed a pound of backbone. The white bone marrow was frozen because of the cold, so I gave up the tube bone and made it this. The tube bone is oily and I don't like it very much. Using the tube bone will taste better.
