stir-fried diced eggplant

I felt that I needed a la carte when making beef meatballs, so I made diced eggplant. Eating meat with vegetables is more nutritious and healthy and not greasy.
Steps for stir-fried diced eggplant

Wash an eggplant, cut it into small pieces, and then cut up the green onions and ginger. Prepare a spoonful of potato flour and place it in a small bowl.

Put soybean oil in a hot pan, add onion and ginger and stir-fry for a while, then add diced eggplant, add a little salt and five-spice powder and stir-fry until done.

Dilute the potato flour in some water and add a drop of fish oil. Nothing can be replaced with monosodium glutamate or chicken essence. If you like soy sauce, you can add some seafood soy sauce. The sauce is cooked.
