Wash the tilapia and make a knife on its back.

Cut the shredded ginger and garlic, spread it on the back of the fish, and put two sour plums.

Put the pot and steam the fish. I steamed it in the upper layer of the electric rice cooker. When the rice cooker jumped up, it would be served in three or four minutes.
