Steps for Cappuccino and peanut toast

Prepare materials.

Mix all ingredients except butter and salted peanuts and knead until expansion before adding butter.

Then knead it to the complete stage.

Cover and place in a warm place to ferment until twice as large.

Then exhaust the air and divide it into 4 portions and relax for 20 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it long.

After folding, turn the reverse side 90 degrees.

Roll it long and roll it up again.

Then relax for another 15 minutes.

Then use the same method to roll and tear the peanuts.

Roll it up at one end.

Place in a toast box and ferment for 40 minutes. (I brushed the egg liquid on the surface to make the color brighter)

Pour into preheated oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
