Steps for Wufu Sesame Tangyuan

Blanch spinach a little in water and add a spoonful of salt when blanching.

Add 110 grams of glutinous rice flour to 90 grams of carrot juice and knead it into dough. The same is true for spinach juice. Mix 110 grams of cocoa powder and glutinous rice flour and add water to knead it into a dough with moderate hardness. Mix 70 grams of grain flour and glutinous rice flour and add water to knead it into dough., then knead an ordinary white dough. (The amount of water depends on the individual. Since I have not filtered the vegetable juice, the amount added will vary according to the concentration)

Then rub it into a long strip (if you feel that your hands are dry, rub the dough again until it will not fall apart when you rub the long strip).
