Steps for Braised pork knuckles with soybeans

1
Cut pig hands into pieces and clean them up.
2
Add water with fragrant leaves, ginger pieces and cooking wine to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
3
Pour out the pig's hands and wash them with hot water.
4
Soak soybeans for later use.
5
Heat the pan up, first put the pork fingers into the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes (I'm afraid it's too greasy, so I didn't fry the sugar color).
6
Add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry.
7
Add rock sugar and stir fry.
8
Add appropriate amount of water to boil.
9
Transfer into the soup pot, add cinnamon, aniseed, fragrant leaves, onion knots and a little salt. After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
10
Add soybeans and simmer for another 30 minutes.
