Walnut and fermented bean chicken

Walnut and fermented bean chicken
I chose fresh chicken wing roots, used black bean, and pickled them all morning

It was cooked with walnuts and recently fell in love with Harissa chili powder. Served with fried noodles and Chinese cabbage

Douchi is definitely a good thing. It tastes fresh no matter how it is cooked

The fresh chicken wings are smooth and tender, with the aroma of walnuts

Super satisfying pre-Christmas meal
