The square one is the chocolate kiss
The dough is softened with butter, cocoa, vanilla sugar, cotton sugar
The filling is still not enough almond sugar
Top with almonds or walnuts
Finally, the bottom is coated with chocolate
Fortunately, Big T later went out. Otherwise, with his attitude, he would have touched everything I cooked all night long
When there was some dough left, I used it to bake cookies
I still like the crown shape best. Gingerbread figurines and bear nature are also good. That's the way it is. That's another story. We'll talk about it later.

Steps for Chocolate Kiss

1
Stir butter, cotton sugar, vanilla sugar and a little salt with the dough head of an electric egg beater (shown, the spiral head). Add eggs and continue to stir. Then sift in the flour and cocoa powder and continue to blend into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator on a regular layer for an hour.
2
Stir the almond and egg white into a smooth paste. Add chopped chocolate and chopped almonds and stir to form a filling. (I hesitated but saved chocolate chips and almonds.)
3
Divide the dough into several portions and roll it thin (about 2mm). Cut into squares. Any size, I followed the dough. After finishing it, I felt that the big one was enjoyable to eat, and the small mini one was cute. It was all good. The large one is about 5cm square, and the small one is about 3cm square.
4
Place the appropriate filling on each square dough. The big one should be about the size of hazelnut, and the small one should be given in the corresponding proportion. Fold the four corners towards the middle to leave a gap so that you can see the filling inside.
5
Add an almond or walnut or something on top to look good. It tastes better. Oven at 200 degrees for 9 minutes. Hot air of 180 degrees is enough.
6
I used the extra dough to bake cookies.
7
Dark chocolate melts in water. Now it's time to "kiss" chocolate. Dip the baked snack with chocolate side down. Place on the grill and let the chocolate cool. Done.

This is an almond candy bar.Chocolate Kiss Make Tips
1. In step 1, if your mixer doesn't have this kind of dough hook, you can also mix it by hand. It's just very sticky to the hands...
2. The leftover dough can be used to make cookies. Once done, you can also top them with a chocolate kiss.
3. I sprinkled a lot of flour when rolling out the dough because I was afraid it would stick. Actually, it's not necessary. As long as it doesn't stick, sprinkle less flour; the final baked color will be deeper and look better. Or, if you like, use cocoa powder instead of flour to dust it. It prevents sticking and the color looks nice--
