ham and cucumber salad roll

ham and cucumber salad roll
I have always liked making rolls. I originally wanted to use bacon slices this time, but the bacon slices at home were too small, so I switched to ham slices. I wanted to use Thousand Island Sauce, but the supermarket just ran out of stock, so I switched to salad dressing. I didn't expect the dishes to be quite delicious.

Steps for ham and cucumber salad roll

  • 1
First wash the cucumber and cut it into strips about 5 centimeters.
  • 2
Boil some water in the pan. After the water boils, add the ham slices and blanch them so that the ham slices will be more tough.
  • 3
Allow the blanched ham slices to cool, suck dry, and roll up the cucumber strips.
  • 4
Arrange the rolled ham rolls on a plate, then cut the remaining cucumber strips into small pieces, sprinkle on top, and finally pour with salad dressing.
  • 5
Use toothpicks to string them together and fix them when eating.
