ham and cucumber salad roll
I have always liked making rolls. I originally wanted to use bacon slices this time, but the bacon slices at home were too small, so I switched to ham slices. I wanted to use Thousand Island Sauce, but the supermarket just ran out of stock, so I switched to salad dressing. I didn't expect the dishes to be quite delicious.

Steps for ham and cucumber salad roll
1
First wash the cucumber and cut it into strips about 5 centimeters.2
Boil some water in the pan. After the water boils, add the ham slices and blanch them so that the ham slices will be more tough.3
Allow the blanched ham slices to cool, suck dry, and roll up the cucumber strips.4
Arrange the rolled ham rolls on a plate, then cut the remaining cucumber strips into small pieces, sprinkle on top, and finally pour with salad dressing.5
Use toothpicks to string them together and fix them when eating.
