Steps for horseshoe cake

Boil 750ML of water to melt sugar as shown below.

Stir evenly with 500NL water chestnut powder with clear water, as shown in the figure below.

Cool the melted sugar water slightly and pour it into the water chestnut powder water as shown below.4
Put a piece of fairy condensed milk in another empty basin, use a spoon to measure 5 tablespoons of the mixed horseshoe water into the condensed milk basin, stir well, and add the chopped horseshoe shredded respectively.

Put the three-layer frying pan on the steaming rack, do not overflow the steaming rack, and steam in layers with medium and high heat, as shown below. (Note: The picture below I do not add condensed milk, but add red bean paste, and the color is somewhat different.)6
The prepared horseshoe cake should be completely cooled and then cut into small pieces. Generally, the refrigerator can keep it fresh for 3-4 days.
