Bean paste and pork floss bread
By AracelyBlock
There are more beautiful works on Christmas food. It's so lively. I would like to say hello to the gourmets and have a happy holiday. Thank you. I don't know how to make cream cakes, so I make this snack to celebrate. The meat floss on the surface of this bread is crispy and feels particularly good.

2
Put all skins into the bread bucket (liquid first, then solid) and start the bread machine.
3
The bread machine kneads the dough.

Next, the dough is fermented 2-3 times.
5
After fermentation, take out and divide into six portions, and roll each portion with a rolling pin (exhaust).
6
Roll it up again.
7
Squeeze each round.
8
Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.
9
Next, take a dose, rub it into a long strip, add the bean paste filling, and spread out evenly.
10
Finally roll it up.
11
Soon all six are wrapped and placed in the oven to ferment for a second time for about 40 minutes (place a small pot of hot water at the bottom of the oven).
12
