Chocolate glutinous rice balls

I want to make my own glutinous rice balls at home because the winter solstice is here. Maybe it's convenient to sell it outside, but I don't know whether it is clean or not. I used to buy live dough in the morning, but when I made it at night, the dough became a little powdery, and some of it broke when I wanted to rub it. I'm tired of eating the glutinous rice balls sold outside with the same stuffing back and forth! So I made a simple chocolate dumpling at home, and the ingredients were very simple.

Steps for Chocolate glutinous rice balls

Prepare the materials.

Stir the glutinous rice flour and water together until it becomes a dough. If cocoa powder is added, the dough will turn chocolate color (not photographed here)

Add a pinch of dough to a pinch of cocoa flour dough and grind it flat, or use a white flour dough (don't have to be flat, otherwise it will break)

Put chocolate chips in the flat dough, then wrap them and rub them round

Follow the above steps. You can put it in the refrigerator and eat it at night.

Finally, boil the water and add a little sugar, then add the kneaded glutinous rice balls until the glutinous rice balls float. (I put yellow sugar in it)
