Simple moist cake dish

A few days ago, I saw everyone making spring rolls, and my eyes and lips became greedy. Spring rolls are called Runbing in southern Fujian. The recipes are similar, but I don't like the dough. I use lettuce leaves instead. The stuffing inside is also super simple and a little jerry-cutting.

Shred carrot, chop cabbage, and ground meat.
