Steps for pork knuckles

1
Wash the eggs and cook them well, peel off the shells for later use. (I use an egg boiler, which is very convenient.)
2
Shave the pig's feet cleanly and cut them into pieces. Peel the ginger and cut it into slices. Prepare a bottle of vinegar. (I use Zhimeizhai brand sweet vinegar. This vinegar is really fragrant. Other brands don't seem to have this aroma.)
3
Put the pig's feet into a casserole (it is better to use a casserole for boiling vinegar), add ginger slices and sweet vinegar, and boil over high heat and low heat.
4
Put the eggs in the pan and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. If you like to eat soft pork feet, cook them longer. Stir with chopsticks halfway to prevent the pig's feet from getting burnt. (I changed the pot halfway through because the original pot was too small to hold eggs. I wanted to take a beautiful photo with a white pan, but in the end I couldn't...)

. Load up the plates and eat dinner. (If you are not in a hurry, leave it longer before eating. The eggs will taste better.)
