Beat the eggs.

Add milk and beat well.

Add sugar.

Beat evenly with an egg beater until the egg liquid becomes thicker, larger and whiter. (Slow speed is enough)

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. (You can soak it in light salt water to avoid discoloration)

Put a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan. Keep low heat and pour in the egg liquid.

When the egg liquid is half-solidified, add the apple slices.
