Ingredients: beef tenderloin, onion, dry red pepper.

Cut the sirloin cross-cut into two centimeters wide strips, and cut the onions into strips.

Put the meat into a bowl, add edible salt, soy sauce, a little edible oil (to avoid sticking to the pan), and dry starch, mix well, and marinate for 15- 20 minutes.
