This fragrant dried tofu was a very precious Christmas gift from a friend from Shanghai. I use it to make a dish. Look at the picture.

Wash the cabbage leaves, cut them into strips, and use them for stewing vegetables.

Since the tofu is salty and the chicken soup also contains salt, you don't need to add salt. Eating too much salt is bad for you.
