Steps for Steamed fish with black bean sauce

Processed fish slices. (Don't cut off your stomach!)

Arrange the cut fish with the belly as the center.3
Chop celery, green onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper, and fermented bean to set aside.

Saute the chopped ingredients in hot oil until fragrant, add the seasonings and mix well to make soy sauce.

Pour the soy sauce evenly onto the fish and let sit for 5 minutes.
