Sift the flour, yeast, and baking soda through a roll.

Stir the butter, sugar and egg liquid well.

Pour into the flour and knead to form a dough.

Roll out half of the dough to the size of a baking plate and place it in, then pour in the jam and smooth out.

Roll out the other half of the dough into a rectangle and cut into 0.8-cm long strips. Place the cut noodles across the jam rows.
