Steps for pork ribs and lotus root soup

The supermarket bought 2 kilograms straight and asked the salesperson to chop them into pieces.

Cut the lotus root into sections, wash it, sprinkle it with some salt, and marinate it for a while first so that the lotus root will not change color.

Wash the ribs and place them in a pressure cooker with the ginger slices.

Put cold water into the pressure cooker, and the water volume is 3/5 of the pressure cooker.

Heat in the pressure cooker and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stew the pork ribs, add the lotus root pieces, cover the pot, and continue to stew for about five minutes. When you smell the aroma of lotus root, turn off the heat.

After the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid, add three tablespoons of salt, open fire and cook for a while to add flavor to the lotus root and meat, and add some chopped green onion when serving.
