Steps for Stewed pork ribs with fresh mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

Marinate the ribs with thirteen spices, soy sauce, white sugar, sesame oil, and corn flour for more than half an hour.

Heat a hot pot, pour ginger and pork ribs, stir fry for a while, cover the lid and simmer.

Open the lid and stir fry for about two to three minutes until both sides of the ribs are golden brown. Continue to simmer for about five minutes, then add a little soy sauce.

Pour in the mushrooms.

Continue to stir fry until the mushrooms are broken.

Add seasonings to stir raw flour and add a little coriander and chopped green onion.
