Steps for Crispy and spicy pork heart

1
Cut the pig heart into 4 equal parts, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections.
2
Cut the coriander into sections, minced garlic, and minced green onions.
3
Put 1 pig heart, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 ginger, and 2 onions into the pan.
4
Put all the ingredients in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the floating powder, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes (you can't cook it for too long, the pig heart will not be crispy and it will taste bad) and boil until the water is running out.
5
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon chicken essence, 1 tablespoon watch powder and garlic powder.
6
Cool the cooked pig heart for two minutes and then slice it.
7
Take a large bowl and place the chopped pork heart in the bowl, while adding the mixed chili sauce, chopped coriander, and peanuts.
8
Add two tablespoons of pig heart soup.
9
Mix well and marinate for two minutes.
10
Marinate and plate.Crispy and spicy pork heart Make Tips
You can also leave the chili sauce out of this dish and just dip it directly; it is just as delicious this way.
