It is the sweetest time when family is reunited, so I choose to make this dish sweet. The roots of the chicken wings are processed into a ball shape, surrounded by a circle, decorated with flowers made of tomato skin, and placed around with cucumber and lemon. The shape is beautiful and the taste is unique.
The reason why it is called the auspicious golden ball is because the main ingredient is chicken, which means "auspicious". The main color of the plate is golden yellow. The chicken is fried golden, which looks like a golden ball inside. It is auspicious and pleases the golden head.
