Steps for Rainbow ribs

1
Spread 15g of white wine (or cooking wine), 15 g of salt, 15g of sugar, 25 g of soy sauce, 25g of Lee Kum Kee barbecue sauce, and 25g of oil consumption evenly on the ribs and marinate for at least 2 hours (see Figure 1).
2
Cut the garlic into minced garlic, cut the green and red millet into small circles with scissors, and place the marinated ribs in a steamer and steam for 1 hour (see Figure 2).
3
Remove the steamed ribs, and don't throw away the steamed gravy. Set aside. Heat 2 ounces of oil, and the oil temperature is 80% hot. Put the steamed pork ribs in the oil. After frying the pork ribs until they are browned, they can be removed.
4
Raise another pot and heat the base oil, add the garlic, saute until fragrant, add cumin powder and chili noodles in turn, stir-fry, and wait until the aroma is fragrant, add the green and red millet spicy. Pour the steamed gravy just now into the pan, add a small amount of soy sauce, salt, season, bring to the boil over high heat for 10 minutes, make the soup thick, and pour it on the fried ribs.Rainbow ribs Make Tips
Just a quick note: this dish looks "big" but the steps are actually very simple. 1. Cut the ribs open but do not cut them all the way through; this helps them absorb the flavor better. 2. Do not pour away the juices from steaming the ribs!!
