Steps for braised pork with dried plum

1
First boil the meat in water for 30 minutes, and take it out (turn it twice before boiling it to avoid the skin of the meat).
2
Chop the green onions, chop the ginger and garlic to set aside.
3
Dry plum vegetables are washed with water and then squeezed dry by hand
4
Put brown sugar in the pan and slowly boil the syrup over low heat.
5
Wait until the brown sugar is boiled to the syrup, hold a piece of meat with your hand and rub it in the pan until the skin changes color.
6
Don't pour away the brown syrup in the lustful pot on the meat and add a little water to set aside.
7
Slice the cold meat and put it in bowls (there are 3 bowls for more dishes).
8
Take a small bowl and add chopped ginger, garlic and half a tablespoon of salt, 3 garlic, 1 onion, 1 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of chicken essence and 2 tsp of brown sugar water.
9
Pour the mixed sauce evenly on the meat in the bowl.
10
Pour the mixed sauce evenly on the meat in the bowl.
11
Place the washed and cut dried plum vegetables evenly on top of the meat as much as possible to cover the meat.
12
Then place the meat in a steamer and steam for 2 hours.
13
Take out a bowl of steamed meat and place a plate on top of the bowl, turn it over and open it.
14
Just sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
