Rose Sushi
New Year's Eve dinner in China is all about being festive and lively, and the variety of dishes gives it an auspicious meaning.MOMO has lived in Japan and has not felt the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival for many years! This time, I secretly showed my ugliness and prepared several Japanese-style New Year dishes. If I can add a special scenery to everyone's New Year's Eve party, that will be my biggest achievement!

First of all, we have a large platter of rose sushi and salmon sashimi, which means blooming flowers and wealth. The flowers in full bloom are rich and festive. I wish you all the best in the new year and the flowers bloom and wealth!

  • Rose Sushi Make Tips

It is best to prepare the sushi rice in advance and set it aside. This time, I used two types of sushi rice: white and pink. The white one is simply mixed with sushi vinegar, while the pink one is made using a special pink sushi rice seasoning. If you don't have this kind of seasoning, you can try using ketchup as a substitute. Cut 200g of salmon into 1cm cubes and set aside. The purpose of adding starch to the egg mixture is to make the fried thin egg sheets firm so they don't break easily when rolling the sushi. You can dissolve the starch in a small amount of water beforehand before adding it to the egg mixture; this way it will mix more evenly.
