During the Christmas and New Year holidays, LG takes a week off. Taking advantage of the holidays, I took my children to eat, drink and have fun. I haven't traveled for a long time, so this holiday was fully arranged. Skiing, zoos, museums and cruise ships. Especially during the cruise ship days, I ate and drank every day. Everyone said that I had put on a few pounds, and the price I paid was really high, hehe...
The New Year was just about having fun and didn't have time to celebrate with friends. When I came back, I quickly made a big cake and went to celebrate the New Year. The cake recipe came from the cake prince. The cake made is really nice. Friends said it is softer than before. It's just that the prince only took 20 minutes to bake, I had to use it for 50 minutes. The difference in the oven was too big.

Steps for New Year's cake

1
Put the egg whites in a clean water-free and oil-free container, add sugar and vinegar and beat until hard and frothy (I put all sugar in one time).
2
Beat the egg yolks, sugar, corn oil and milk until the oil and water are mixed and the color is a little white.
3
Pour in the sifted low flour and corn starch, and use a rubber knife to mix until particle-free.
4
Take 1/3 of the egg white and mix well.
5
Pour into the remaining 2/3 of the protein paste and stir quickly. (Remember not to make circles when mixing, but to turn, mix, cut and mix.)
6
Pour it into 10-inch and 8-inch molds and shake it hard a few times to create large bubbles.
7
Place in a preheated 350F/180C oven and bake for 50 minutes. (The temperature of each oven varies, and the time is adjusted as needed.) Remove it and let it cool, and you can remove the mold.
8
Cut the cake into 2 slices with a bread blade.
9
Beat the whipped cream with sugar until 9 and distribute. It has obvious lines, but can still flow slowly.
10
Take a 10-inch cake slice, lightly coat with cream, and sprinkle with diced fruit.
11
Put another 10-inch cake slice, spread a little cream in the center of the cake, put an 8-inch cake slice, spread cream on top, and sprinkle with diced fruit.
12
Cover with another 8-inch cake slice and pour in cream and smooth.
13
Use two large kitchen knives to transfer the cake onto the cake tray.
14
Drop 2 drops of pink food coloring on the remaining cream, beat until firm, and place into a decoration bag.
15
Draw rabbits on the cake with pectin, write the words 2011, decorate it with fruit, and squeeze patterns and edges on the edge of the cake.
