I always want to make pies because I am lazy and don't want to make noodles myself, which is too troublesome. I went shopping at Carrefour on New Year's Day and saw Indian flying cakes, so I bought a bag and made this banana pie in a microwave oven.
In fact, one pie can make several banana pies. Hehe, I'm lazy again. I made a pie with one cake. Sweet and crispy, really good!
