Steps for roll cake

Beat the eggs, and sugar in a blender.

Add flour, and baking powder, and be sure to sieve. Mix evenly, mix well top and bottom evenly.

Put oil paper on a baking sheet, butter on the paper, and spread the batter evenly on the paper 3 cm thick. Place in the oven at 250 degrees C for about 5 minutes. Place the baking sheet in the middle layer of the oven. Put another piece of paper on the chopping board and sprinkle a layer of white sand sugar on top of the paper. Turn over the baked cake and buckle it on top. Remove the paper from the cake blank. Apply water and jam to the cake blank. Roll it from one side and press it with the paper below until it is completed. Place the joint below.

Serve 10 minutes after rolling.

Cut it into slices when eating. Serve with tea or coffee, or milk. and juice.
