- dark chocolate 100g
- animal whipped cream 22.5ml
- unsalted butter 7.5g
- matcha powder appropriate amount
Steps for truffle chocolate

Prepare the ingredients and put the light cream into a small pot and cook over low heat until small bubbles appear around the cream.

Pour the boiled cream into the dark chocolate.

Stir quickly until the dark chocolate is completely melted. If not completely melted, heat the chocolate over hot water until completely melted.

Add rum and stir well, then add room temperature softened butter and stir well, place in the refrigerator and chill for 7 to 8 minutes.

Take out the refrigerated chocolate paste (you can refrigerate the chocolate paste until it can be squeezed into a ball with your hands. Don't take too long, otherwise it will be too dry and hard to operate.) Wear a fresh-keeping bag on your hands, take appropriate amount of the chocolate paste, knead it into a ball shape and size according to your preferences. Control it generally around 12g to 16g.

1. Try your best to break dark chocolate into small pieces, otherwise it would be too difficult to melt. I had no experience in making it for the first time.
