Prepare the materials.

I bought frozen yellow croaker in the supermarket. First, I thawed the yellow croaker at room temperature, cut the fish belly with scissors, and remove the internal organs and gills. Spread salt evenly over the fish.

Cut the ingredients.

Heat the pan, put the oil and heat until 70% heat, add a little salt, gently add the yellow croaker and fry until both sides are crispy yellow, and add shredded ginger.

Add 300ML of water, add shredded ginger, and bring to a boil.
