Steps for milk cookies

Soften butter at room temperature and beat until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and beat well.

Add fine sugar and salt and beat until the volume increases.

Add one-third of the beaten eggs, beat well each time before putting down the egg mixture.

Sieve in low flour.

Mix well with a spatula.

Put the batter into a decoration bag and squeeze it into shape on a tarpaulin padded baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180°, place the cookies in the preheated oven, and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the edges of the cookies are colored.
