Steps for Ge Tang

  • Make step 0
    1
Soak soybeans and peanuts in warm water for about two hours. This way, they will be easier to cook.
  • Make step 1
    2
Cut the corn and carrot well for use.
  • Make step 2
    3
    Cut kudzu powder for use.
  • Make step 3
    4
Cut the ribs and set aside.
  • Make step 4
    5
When the water is boiled, add peanuts, corn, carrots, and pork ribs. I personally don't like to use oil to make soup, so I only add salt. After an hour or so, you can put kudzu powder when it is almost cooked, because kudzu powder is cooked too early and it will taste very crispy rather than pink. Of course, this is a personal favorite.
  • Make step 5
    6
This is the soup that has been cooked, so clear and sweet.
