Wash mushrooms and tear them up by hand. Prepare tomatoes and eggs.

Blanch the mushrooms with hot water.

Cut the tomatoes into hob pieces, and chop the onions and ginger.

Put the oil in the pan, heat the oil, add the onions and ginger and stir-fry.

Add the tomatoes and stir fry.

Add mushrooms and cooking wine and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of cold water.

After boiling, add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.

Knock the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

Slowly pour the egg liquid into the pan, add salt, cilantro, and pepper to taste.

Pour into a bowl, add vinegar and seasoning soy sauce.
