Steps for Hot and sour konjac

Konjac, plum vegetable meat sauce, garlic.

Cut the garlic into minced pieces, add vinegar, soy sauce, chopped green onion, white sugar, and chopped pepper to make a bowl of juice.

Boil water in the pot and remove the konjac soup and pour it over with cold water.

Put oil in a frying pan and heat it up.

Put konjac into the pan and stir fry several times.

Add half a packet of plum vegetable meat sauce.

Stir well, add a little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
