Divide the flour into two portions, add white sugar to one portion and brown sugar to the other portion.2
Take a bowl and add boiling water to saccharify it. Wait until the water cools to about 35 degrees, pour the yeast into the water to melt.

Pour the yeast water on the two portions of flour and mix each to form a smooth dough.

Leave it in a warm place to ferment for an hour.

Divide the fermented dough into several parts, take one part of each of the two colors of dough, and roll it thin into squares. Then overlap the two dough sheets together.

Gently roll it out with a dough stick, and then roll it up into a stick shape.

Remove the head and tail. Cut it into small pieces.

Place the cut dough into a steamer and steam for 12 minutes.
