Steps for you Bao Xia

Wash the shrimps and place them in a rice basket to drain off the water.

Shred ginger and cut green onions into sections.

Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil to the pan to drown out the amount of shrimps. Heat the oil until 60% heat and pour into the shrimps (because the shrimps are alive, remember to pour and cover it with the lid for a while). Turn off the heat slightly.

Fry the shrimp until bent and turned red, and remove with a colander.

When the temperature of the shrimp that was fished out dropped by half, reopen the fire in the pan, raise the oil temperature, and then pour in the shrimp and fry it again.
