Mashed potatoes and blueberry crispy
The following snack for tea drinking was also made by me after improvement. It is called "Potato Mashed and Blueberry Crispy".
This time, I added less mashed potatoes to the blueberry sauce to reduce the sweetness. The taste was okay! If you are interested, you can try it, haha!

  • Mashed potatoes and blueberry crispy Make Tips

    1. For the mashed potato puree, you can peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices, soak them in a basin of cold water for 10 minutes to remove the starch, then boil them until cooked, drain them, and place them in a stainless steel basin. While hot, press repeatedly with a wooden spoon in the basin until the texture is smooth. Let it cool, mix in an appropriate amount of blueberry jam, put it into a piping bag, and it is ready to use. 2. The crispy crust of this pastry is actually a sugar pastry dough, so you must roll it out with a rolling pin while it is hot; otherwise, the dough will become hard. If this occurs, you can reheat it to soften it. Although it looks very oily, a lot of oil will be removed during baking, so it won't feel greasy when you eat it. Since it is made with butter, it tastes crispy and delicious. Remember not to eat too much!
