Steps for egg rolls

First heat the cream at low temperature until dissolved. Add sifted sugar powder and vanilla powder and mix well.2
Beat the eggs and add them to the mixed cream sugar powder. Stir well with an egg beater. Finally, add the low-gluten flour and stir until there are no grains.3
Use a spoon to scoop a little batter and space it (slightly larger apart). Place evenly on baking sheet.4
Then use a spoon to gently spread the batter into a round thin sheet. Place in preheated oven and bake at 350F for about 5 minutes.5
After coloring the cookies, put on cotton gloves and turn the cookies over while they are hot (surface down). Roll up the cookies while they are hot and wait until they are set before letting go.
