The delicious food was good every time, so I served shrimp in a bamboo basket, named after the Cantonese pronunciation of "shrimp" and "ha". I laughed loudly, welcomed every day happily, and faced the good and bad of things with a happy attitude.

Ingredients: sea white shrimp, accessories: red pepper, beauty finger, pepper, starch, parsley seasoning: salt, pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onion

Wash and remove the heads of the shrimps, cut open the back, and remove the shrimp string; wash the red peppers, remove the stalks, seeds, and dice; wash and chop the beauty fingers and green peppers; wash and chop the chives and parsley; chop the ginger and garlic into pieces for later use.
