Colorful mushroom

Mushrooms and sweet beans are children's favorite dishes, and my daughter likes to eat this "BABY mushroom" very much. Add some color to look more refreshing and attract their attention.

Steps for Colorful mushroom

Cut the roots of mushrooms, wash them, and drain.

Pick the head and tail of the sweet beans, tear the thick silk on both sides, and wash them clean.

Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Peel and slice the carrot.

Heat the oil pan, add the carrots and sweet beans, stir fry, sprinkle with a little water until tender.
