A few days ago, I went to the Tang Palace in Joy City and ate this dessert for the first time. I went home and DIY it, and it tasted the same.

Steps for Papaya pudding

1
One papaya, buy it ripe.
2
Throw away and remove the black seeds.
3
After peeling, dig away the pulp with a margin of about 1CM. Be careful when digging the ripe ones. I sadly dug half of them cracked, so I had to add an extra papaya.
4
Pour the dug pulp of papaya into the blender, and I also chop up the broken half and put it into the blender. The amount of papaya is about 350g. Break it together.
5
Add 120g of light cream to the beaten papaya, continue to beat evenly, set aside.
6
Cut 3 pieces of gelatine into small pieces and soak them in cold water to soften.
7
After soaking until soft, remove the gelatine and melt it into gelatine water for later use.
8
In a small bag of 240ml milk, add 1 porcelain spoon of white sugar, heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stir until there are no white sugar particles in the milk, turn off the heat, and let cool slightly.
9
Add gelidine liquid to the milk in portions, then add papaya pulp in portions, and stir well.
10
Pour the stirred liquid into the hollowed papaya. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
11
4-5 After an hour, the liquid solidifies and can be taken out and cut into slices.Papaya pudding Make Tips
It is recommended that everyone use fruit ingredients and make them into fruit pulp. If you make it the way you make caramel pudding. Things will be relatively thin, and after pouring in papaya, it will be difficult to fix them, and it will be difficult to cut neatly when cutting them.
