Marinated ingredients: pork, rock sugar, fragrant leaves, onion segments, ginger slices, star anise, aniseed, tsaoko, cumin, pepper, galangal, nutmeg, amomum, tangerine peel, kaempferia, salt, chicken powder.

Accessories: onion, ginger slices, garlic, spring onion segments, Pi County bean paste, dried peppers, coriander, chives, white sesame seeds.

Wrap the marinated material with gauze and place it in a clear water pot and cook for 5 minutes to remove the bitterness of the marinated material; stir-fry the rock sugar until brown-red and add a little water to make sugar color; cut the green onions into sections; pat the ginger.
