Grilled sea eel with garlic

Steps for Grilled sea eel with garlic

Wash the moray eel, cut it into sections, and add a little cooking wine to marinate.

Cut green onions and ginger into sections.

Add the oil in the pan, add the garlic first over low heat and saute until fragrant.

Turn to medium heat and add the eel segments, stir fry until color changes.

Add spring onion and ginger, sugar, bean paste, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and stir well.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove juice from pan and serve.
