fritters
By JimmieFeeney
A few days ago, while chatting with Corn, we talked about each other's childhood, and accidentally brought up the topic of fried dough sticks again. Therefore, my longing for the fried dough sticks was like a drop of thick ink that jumped into the quiet pure water and became uncontrollable!

Steps for fritters

1
Mix and knead Mix all the above ingredients, add water and stir well for about 5-8 minutes, and knead into dough. Then cover the dough with plastic wrap and let sit for about 20 minutes. Then remove the plastic wrap, rub and kick it repeatedly for 2-3 minutes, and then cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand. Generally, let it stand for 6-10 hours in winter and about 2-3 hours in summer.
2
Cut and shape as shown in the picture. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin (not too thin).
3
Cut the rolled dough into strips 20 cm long and about 5 cm thick. Then stack each two strips.
4
To shape the layering as shown in the figure, press the two stacked long dough with chopsticks to make a groove in the middle. Pull up your hands, hold each head, and pull it up slightly.
5
Put the drawn dough stick shape directly into an oil pan at 200 degrees Celsius. Use chopsticks to roll and fry well. When frying, use chopsticks to roll a little to fry evenly on both sides. Just fry until the surface turns golden!
